All rates are per room & per day including local taxes. Each apartment can host specific numbers of guests. Additional guests are not permitted.
To secure your reservation you must deposit 30% of the total cost of your accommodation, into our bank account which will be sent to you once we receive your reservation request.
Notification of payment must be completed within 2 days (weekends not included) from the reservation date so that we can check and then confirm your reservation. When making the deposit, state your full name as the remitter, so we can easily recognize your reservation.
If you wish to check in before scheduled check in time, inform us the previous day and we will see to your request according to availability. In any case we will gladly care for your luggage in our welcome desk!
In case of cancellation up to 28 days before arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded. For cancellations made 28 to 21 days before date of arrival, 75% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations made 21 to 14 days before the arrival date 50% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations made later than 14 days before the arrival date and in case of no-show, the deposit is non refundable.

In any case keep in mind that :
Late arrivals and early departures are both considered cancellations and therefore are subject to cancellation penalties. The charge is 50% of the total cost for the stays that are cancelled.
We would like to ask you to keep in mind to inform us about cancellations or late arrivals, since considering a reservation “No-show” is always an unfortunate turn of events. In case of no-show, your room remains at your disposal until the next day of your scheduled arrival (and until the given check-out time). After the above time the room is released.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
We ask that you care for your apartment. If damages or any problems do occur please let us know immediately so that we may address the problem for your own comfort & safety and that of future guests. We reserve the right to charge the visitor in full for the replacement and/or the repair of: mobile/static furnishings, linen/upholstery, decorative items, electrical appliances and/or any parts of the building if damages occur as a result of improper use.
